All garbage must be bagged and placed in the garbage collection receptacle/dumpster located in the alley behind the house. 8. NO beverages other than water are allowed in the bedrooms. You will be charged a fine of $200 or more if beverage stains have to be removed from bedding or carpet. 9. Dishes: Please wash all dishes used and place clean dishes back in their respective drawer/cupboard/area. 10. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 11. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Illegal substances are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. 21. House parties or organized social events are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. 22. Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property to keep your personal items safe. Do not leave valuables in vehicle. 23. Host is not liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. The large driveway offers plenty of off-street parking. The home also has a fully stocked kitchen and large backyard. Pet-friendly! Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Each room can sleep two people, and the living room has a comfy couch set that can be used by other guests if necessary. The kitchen includes everything you should need during your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), bottle openers, glassware, toaster, etc. Iron, shampoo, soap, and hair dryer also available. This darling house has been completely redone. Originally built in 1942, it under went an extensive remodel in 2017. We were not able to salvage the original hardwood floors but were able to create the look with vinyl planks. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated. The Master suite is outfitted with a queen bed with a western vintage vibe and an oversized chair that is perfect for curling up in and reading a book. The charming stone fire place gives this master bedroom all the cozy feels. The second guest room is decorated like an oasis in a secret garden, sweet florals and soft colors. The third bedroom with two twin beds is set up with fun prints and a prism of colors. Kitchen has brick floors and has a pub style table to gather to eat and works as extended counter space. The cozy living room is set up for lounging or for sitting around playing games or working a puzzle. The back yard has a patio table and chairs, is a great place to drink coffee and watch the squirrels. We hope you enjoy this bungalow and make it your home away from home.
